How Does Showly work?

Showly works with any existing booking system, whether it’s a reservation book or an online booking system such as Order Wizard or Open Table.  For any reservation you want Showly to manage, just let it know about the booking and everything else will be taken care of for you.

How do I access Showly?

Although Showly lives in the cloud, you can send Showly your reservations on our website or on apps for both Android and iPhone.

What if I have a table reservation system already?

No problem. Showly isn’t replacing your reservation system. But we understand that many of the systems out there don’t manage no shows effectively or at all. Showly can fit right into your existing system, we are not trying to replace it.  Once a reservation is made you often won’t have any contact with your customers until they turn up … or don’t! This is where Showly comes in … between when the reservation is made and when the customer is due to arrive Showly will decide how best to contact them in order to reduce the chance of a no show.

Showly will use its artificial intelligence to decide how big a cost to you a no show will be and how likely they are not to turn up. Showly will then use its artificial intelligence to contact the customer. This could be an allergy request, an sms confirmation, an email reminder or simply no contact at all. Everything Showly does will increase the chance that the customer arrives for their reservation.
